Less oaky than Rutini’s Dominio Chardonnay - and all the better for it - this is leavened by a 50% stainless steel component. Fermented with 10% malolactic, it has appealing citrus and stone fruit flavours, a scoop of crème fraîche, subtle baking spice sweetness and a fresh, tangy, zippy finish.

Familia Rutini are o tradiție îndelungată în viticultură, începută în secolul al XIX-lea în Italia, când Francisco Rutini producea vinuri pentru comunitatea locală din Ascoli Piceno. După emigrarea fiului său, Felipe Rutini, în Argentina, acesta a continuat munca tatălui său, fondând în 1885 Bodega La Rural și devenind un pionier al viticulturii în Alto Valle de Uco. Astăzi, Rutini Wines este condusă de Mariano di Paola, o figură marcantă în industria vinului din Argentina și recunoscut ca unul dintre cei mai buni 30 de vinificatori din lume. Rutini Chardonnay 2022 este un vin bogat, realizat 100% din Chardonnay din regiunile Gualtallary și Altamira. Vinul se distinge printr-o culoare aurie cu reflexii verzi, iar aroma sa intens fructată este completată de un ușor parfum de vanilie, datorat contactului cu lemnul. La gust, este bine structurat și complex, cu arome concentrate de fructe tropicale, note de vanilie și miere, precum și o nuanță minerală. Finalul este prelung și elegant, oferind o experiență rafinată. Se recomandă a fi servit la o temperatură de 10-12 °C, alături de pește la grătar sau afumat, somon, fructe de mare, plăcinte cu ton sau legume, preparate vegetariene, carne albă cu orez, brânzeturi din lapte de vacă, paste cu sosuri ușoare pe bază de smântână și mâncăruri condimentate cu nucșoară, șofran sau piper alb.
