Infiintata in 1497 in regiunea viticola Sant Sadumi D'Anoia din Catalonia, Spania, crama Raventos i Blanc a ajuns astazi la cea de-a 21-a generatie, fiind condusa de Pepe Raventos. Recomandarea noastra, Raventos i Blanc De la Finca 2021 este un spumant remarcabil, realizat din struguri proveniti din viile cele mai vechi ale familiei. Vinul reflecta perfect imbinarea dintre maturarea indelungata pe drojdii, caracteristicile climatului mediteraneean si influentele marin-minerale ale solului. Aromele sale releva note fructate si florale, insotite de tente minerale frumos echilibrate. Serviti acest vin cu antreuri sau peste, la o temperatura de 8-10 grade Celsius.
