Domaine Barville, parte a Maison Brotte, reprezintă moștenirea viticolă a familiei lui Laurent Brotte. Cele 15 hectare de viță-de-vie, aflate în vestul faimoasei apelațiuni Châteauneuf-du-Pape, se întind in zonele Pradel și Beaurenard, două dintre cele mai apreciate din regiune. Viile, cu o vârstă medie de 35 de ani, sunt cultivate la o altitudine de 100 metri, beneficiind de condiții ideale pentru vinuri de calitate superioară. Brotte Domaine Barville A.O.C. Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2023 este un cupaj elegant de Grenache, Syrah și Mourvèdre, vinificat cu grijă și maturat în butoaie de stejar și cuve tradiționale, pentru a păstra echilibrul dintre fruct și structură. Vinul se prezintă cu o culoare rubinie intensă, profundă și strălucitoare. Olfactiv, aduce in prim plan note complexe de fructe roșii coapte, condimente dulci, piele tăbăcită și un subtil iz de lemn de stejar. Gustul este catifelat și amplu, cu arome de cireșe negre, zmeură, piper negru și accente balsamice, susținute de taninuri fine și un final lung. Se recomandă servirea la 16-18°C, alături de miel în crustă de ierburi, vânat, brânzeturi maturate sau preparate provensale.
